The lightweight aluminium handles can be independantly adjusted through four stages (65cm to 86cm) to ensure a safe and comfortable cutting position and the cutting tension can be adjusted to suit your cutting needs
The high carbon steel non-stick coated blade is highly durable and provides a smooth clean action
Bump stops on the handles absorb shocks, reducing the transferrence up the handle, whilst the soft touch grips inrease comfort and control
